Malamutes are no loner the only type of racing dog, racers have begun bringing malamute muts into the shows.

Mutts have the charactoristics of a malamute and those of the other breed they were bred with, making them better at many things and less liable for hereditary diseases.

Malamutes and huskies are very different in both size and apearence.

Pit Bulls the most misunderstood dog

Pit bulls used to be used to pull wagons because of their strength and persistence, most people don't know that pitbulls are kind, gentle, strong, brave, obediant, and smart because people began breeding them for fighting dogs giving them a dangerous and mean reputation. Pit bulls are great for families.

Pit bulls make great therapy dogs, and are the perfect best friend.

Most people don't think about the pitbull when they hear about a pitbull attack, instead the think about the victem of the attack, which is okay but it would be better to think about both sides of the story, almost all fighting dogs are uthenized after a life of pain, death, and violence.

These are fighting injuries.                                                      All of these pitbulls were uthenized.
This is a female that was used for breeding obviously she too was mistreated.
Animal control tries to remove a badly injured pitbull.

It is best to have your pitbull neutered because most puppies will be bought and then trained to fight, or end up on the street ; pibulls have large litters of puppies.

Most pitbulls in the pound will never be adopted, it doesn't matter if they were brought there by old owners or found on the streets 58% percent of dogs uthenized are either pitbulls or pit bull mixes. They are not adopted because of their reputation.

Uthenized pitbulls

Shelters everywhere are overloaded with pitbulls, because of their alarming birth and abandonment rates.
Pitbulls have 5 - 10 puppies on average.

Life Span: 12 - 14
Most pitbulls will only live to the age of 3 before dieing in a shelter, on the side of the road, or in a fight.

Most people don't know that more people are bitten by labs than by a pitbull.

Pitbulls are great working dogs and are very  obediant, they are good with children and are stong making them able to pull heavy things.

Pitbulls are curious and love to play.

Pibulls come in many different colors.

The average price for a pitbull is $150

usually only $25 at a shelter neutered/spayed, with all shots, some are evn going through training.

Animal testing on dogs

Scientistshave begun animal testing on beagles, most people when they hear the word think of animala testing as giving a rabbit a carrot full of medicine and seeing the side affects then helping the rabbit afterwards, but that is not the case at all ; the number of stray beagles has grown rapidly causing scientists to start using them in testing.

Article about over a hundred beagles rescued  ^ ^
